Downtown Kansas City is bustling with new developments on every corner. The excitement buzzing around the Streetcar Project is palpable as the beginning infrastructure is laid. New Hotels, Condos, Historic Renovations, and exciting amenities are making downtown Kansas City a nationally competitive destination to work, live, and play. The Jazz District at 18th and Vine houses some the countries jazz history at the world famous American Jazz Museum, which happens to be right next door to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. The headquarters of the Lyric Opera and the Kansas City Symphony are also found in Downtown KC and performances are held at the Kauffman Center.
